ABSTRACT
This project work focused on the importance of an internal auditor in Nigeria industries using Unilever Nigeria Plc. as a case study.
CHAPTER ONE: Attempt was made at discussing the introduction of the study and Highlight reference to one of the branch situated at Oregun, Lagos. in this same chapter shall discuss the statement of the problem. The scope of the study. The objective of the study, limitation of the study, also the definition of terms and historical background of Unilever Nigeria Plc.
CHAPTER TWO: CONTAINS LITERATURE REVIEW
Historical background of an internal auditor company policy, value for money audit, management information, Business strategy, financial controls and the role of an internal auditor
CHAPTER THREE: This chapter involves research methodology sources of data and method of data collection.
CHAPTER FOUR: there shall be data presentation and analysis, Evaluation performance of an auditor Effect of an internal auditor on the productivity's effect and performance of an account.
