DIVERSIFICATION AS A MEANS FOR COMPANY SURVIVAL IN A COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT

ABSTRACT

PZ Industries serve as a case study and the research project was carried out in their sales, marketing and production departments.

The chapter one of this project based on the introduction into the research project. This is when we know the preamble of diversification and the policy of the company used as a case study, also it shows the objective and imitation of diversification.

Thesecond subtitle is about diversification and pattern of diversification. Thisshows that, the research covers a wide area that has to do with the topic.

The other chapter of the project are two, three, four and five chapter, two has to do with literature review and work of different authors as diversification were extensively reviewed to bring out crux of the master concerning the topic of the project.

Also, chapter three is about research methodology data, collection end method research determination of sample size and questionnaire administration for example research observe 2009.
