Istanbul Aydin University (Istanbul Aydin Universitesi) whose motto is "Towards a bright future" (aydlinik bir gelecege) is located in the heart of the beautiful Istanbul City and was established May 18, 2007 as an initiative of Amadou Education and culture Foundation that existed since September 26, 2003 according to Law No 5656 appendix-73 in Gazette No.26526. Istanbul Aydin University has been the most preferable foundation university in Turkeyfor the past seven years.

   Istanbul Aydin University has a total of 39,000 students including 4000 international students from 102 countries and 1500 academic staffs. Dr Mustafa Aydin is the University's president and Prof. Dr Yadigari serves as the university's rector.

     Istanbul Aydin University has 10 faculties that offers 55 programs, these faculties include:

Istanbul Aydin University Campuses: 
   Istanbul Aydin University has 7 campuses located on both sides of Istanbul which spreads over Europe and Asia Continents. The Florya campus is the main campus and it's only 10 minutes drive away from the International Artatuk airport and majority of it's Bachelor's degree (first cycle) programmes, all Postgraduate (second and third cycle) programmes as well as the 2 years short cycle vocational programs are instructed in Florya campus. 
    The language learning center takes place in Bahcelievle Campus and each it hosts 2500 students.
